I just discovered Muller Apple Rice thingies. So, one of those and some oat-crackers and cheese.  Actually pretty good.

That sounds lovely! Did you make it yourself?

I had a grilled chicken and bacon salad with garlic and herb dressing, which only made me miss Ranch.  :P

I didn't.  I have a recipe for spicy parsnip soup I wanted to try, but I bought the kind in a can to see if I'd actually like this type of soup. Turns out, I love it.  I'll be making the recipe next week.

Today's was a chocolate bar since I had a full English breakfast while waiting for my car to get fixed up.

A vegetarian burrito at Boojum - the Chipotle-esque place here in Dublin. Pretty much everyone who came in to order a burrito had an American accent! Ha!
