We'll see if they are any good.

I can't wait... I made some humous last night so I'm having that stuffed into a large pitta bread with some rocket and a few of the olives I brought back from Greece last summer that I haven't cracked open yet. Yummy! Though I imagine my breath might be pretty stinky after lunch considering how much garlic I put in the humous. I'm a big fan of garlic.  :P

Oh yum. I want.

I have leftovers from my chicken last night, which was gorgeous, so I am happy to eat it again today!

Greek olives and homemade hummus are the foods of the Gods, methinks.  ;) I enjoyed my lunch today FAR more than usual! Yummy! I will be having that for the rest of the week until I run out of olives.  :\\\'(

That sounds scrummy!

I had leftover smokey chicken and pinto bean stew (that's what I'm calling the chicken chili I made last night... haha. It turned out very nice!) with some leftover corn muffins. Yummy!

Yeah, really good considering I threw it together this morning before work with odds and ends of leftovers.  Given that you're trying to eat more beans, you should try it!  :)
