Here is a good one if you like hot cereal. Grape Nuts with Vanilla Soy in the micro for about a minute. Something like 400 calories per serving and completely worth it.

Fruity Pebbles.  Yum!

Hear hear!  I still love Fruity Pebbles. [smiley=blush.gif]

I'm also a hot cereal fan, although I prefer Malt-O-Meal over oatmeal.  And Cream of Wheat is a staple in my house... can't live without it!

Lucky Charms were always my favorite growing up.  My two favorites now are Grape Nuts (cold) and CoCo Wheats (hot):P

Ooh, I'll bet I'd like that. I've always hated Grape Nuts solely because they're so damn hard but if they were nice and mushy I bet I'd change my mind.

Yeh, cold Grape Nuts are like eating small rocks, but heat them with the vanilla soy...heaven.

They're also fabulous in yogurt.  If you stir 'em in and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes they soften up just a bit (if you prefer 'em mushier).  I been known to eat them straight out of the box, too. ;)

My mom didn't let us have sugary cereals when I was a child, so I don't really remember what was my favorite -- it was usually a choice of plain Wheaties, plain Cheerios, and I don't remember what else.  (I preferred bacon sandwiches.)

As an adult, I was stuck for awhile on Cracklin' Oat Bran -- tastes just like oatmeal cookies.  Yummy.  Now it's no added sugar Alpen -- and I like the newer one that has apricots in it.  Or porridge. :)
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

I don't buy them anymore.  :( I haven't even looked for them here. As much as I love cereal the only one that I actually buy is plain bran flakes from Tesco. I just can't handle the temptation.
