Cheap flights to Europe this summer?

My sister is coming to visit me this summer for a couple of weeks.  She is planning on staying with us for two weeks and then meeting friends in Italy somewhere.  What airlines besides Ryanair would you reccomend that she use?  It does not have to be really cheap, but not outrageous.

EasyJet.  Also look at BMI and BA, they may have some sales as well.

I traveled with each boy when they were only 6 weeks old, this little guy most likely will be on an airplane pretty soon.  Sounds like it would be fun for you and your sister.
