I saw Gary Rhodes make one yesterday, he just used lager & flour, no eggs.

LOL ok I will let you slip on that one then!!

1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups beer

Method:

In a small mixing bowl add flour, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir in 1 cup of beer (you can add more than one cup to obtain your desired texture).

Remember that the more beer is cooked and reduced, the stronger the flavour will be. Pale ale is a good one to start as it has a good balance of rich flavours and fruity overtones.

www.beerbatter.co.uk how silly easy was that!
thank all!
