What to do with Lamb Shanks??
« on: March 12, 2006, 08:35:39 AM »
Does anyone have a really good recipe for Lamb Shank?
Made the horrible mistake of taking DH shopping yesterday and he bought some.  I've only ever had these in restaurants and haven't got a clue how to make them.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I do a recipe similar to this one. One pot on the stove for about 2 hours and they are soooo good.

anything that requires slow roasting/slow cooking....

I've made the epicurious one and it came out nice. :-)
