Which MP3 Headphones to buy?

Heyhey yoo guys.

Ok guys i have tried reading up on this..ear canal Vs behind the neck type mp3 headphones but i am still more confused than when i started my search.

I need a pair of mp3 headphones that will.

1) Keep my music "IN "..nothing more annoying than hearing other peoples music on the bloody "sandwich on wheels " (tube) every morning..and its usually NOT your cup of tea.

2) I Jog a lot so i will need one that will stay in place and wont slip or slide during workouts .

3) Willing to shell out max USD$50.00 ( yes USD..hubby is in the States so i can have him purchase it over there)

And yes we are looking on US-Ebay but the question still remains..which one to buy?
It would be great to hear from those with first hand experience .
