so i am filling out all the paper work and putting all my things together for the fiance visa, but one thing.. i dont bank.. last year i had someone help themselves to my checkbook, so i no longer have a bank account of any kind. does anyone know of an alternative to this? can i just send pay stubs?

I suggest you do a letter of explaination and attach the stubs so they can review your finances that way.  I think what they are really looking for is proof that you can support yourself.

You're sending your fiance's evidence of income too I assume?  I didn't do the fiance visa route - went on the spouse visa, and included my husband's pay stubs, bank statements, pension statement, life assurance statement, mortgage statement......
