I'm still confused on the yeast - how many packets did you end up using?  I can do the conversion but I would also like to know if you used more than one packet.  Thanks!  The recipe sounds divine, I've used 'Cinnabon' titled recipes in the past and they were awful.  Now I want to try this one.

oh...i definitely recommend giving this recipe a go!! 

and i ended up using only one packet (7g) of yeast.

I still read the recipe as saying it calls for 1 and 1/4 oz. of yeast (or 35g) not one measurement 1/4 oz. in size, but that's cool it came out so well!  Perhaps I'll try it the other way next time and see if it comes out any different (since I have one packet of yeast left ;)

That recipe is written in a misleanding way.  They are calling for one quarter ounce packet, not one AND a quarter ounces of yeast.  Have a look at a similar recipe here:

Yeah, you're right.  It is written horribly on the recipe!  I googled other similar recipes and the most yeast I saw was 2 packets of .25 oz.  I've modified my recipe card ;)
