well, not so much monogrammed as personalised.

for instance, one of our ushers know that kylie does my head in, so he sings 'can't get you outta my head' every time he sees me. so his shorts say "na na na, na na na na na" :P

big sam: father of...

milkshake: also named sam, but was given the nickname because he danced to this at his frat talent show

billy ray: DF's bro-in-law's nickname

vodkaredbull: DF's best mate knows no other beverage
