quick question

Hi I am american and got married here and three days after we got married we have had  our  hands full with a  full  blown family emergency in his family.. I now need to take the next step as far  as  staying here(came on a   financee visa.. is there a online application that anyone knows  of  because   I am confused by all the information. Is a marriage visa I need next ? Thank you for any info or any clear site s that give info:)

You can make a same day application for a spousal visa if you don't want to do it by post and wait the two of three weeks.

It costs £500, you need form FLR (M), and all the details are on www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk
