What is your comfort food?

No matter which country you live in!  What is your comfort food, you know, those foods that mom used to make. 
Or whatever makes you feel good when your down....or maybe even hung over!!?? :P

Mine are: 

grilled cheese sandwhich with soup
srambled eggs & toast
and my all time fav.... macaroni & cheese!

Chicken and Dumplings
Grilled cheese for me as well!

waffles.  french toast.  soft-boiled eggs.  something about bfast foods really does it for me.

Unfortunately, I find most foods to be comfort foods.... :(
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

Yeah, chicken and dumplings. Though I only seem to eat them when I'm sick.
Their close cousin, biscuits and gravy.
Spaghetti (curiously, since I never tried the stuff until I was in my twenties).
Bacon and eggs.
Fresh homemade bread.

I have to copy some of you
Grilled Cheese with tomato soup (Dipped in)  or ketchup
Any American breakfast food
Warm cookies especially soft from the oven
Mac and Cheese
Farina (My grandmother made it for me all the time with Chocolate quick on top)
Quaker instant apples and Cinnamon oatmeal


I've never had Chicken and Dumplings EVER :o

Don't know if this is consider a comfort food, but it always does the trick

Butter pecan haagas ice cream or a vanilla drumstick ice cream cone, with peanuts
