Being who he is, he decided that April Fools Day would be a perfect day for him to ask...idiot... [smiley=joker.gif]...but he definitely made it unexpected by doing so.  I knew it was coming soon and thought he'd find somewhere all pretty & romantic...but no, he asked me right after we ate a dinner I cooked, while sitting on the couch.  In fact, he asked me twice just to make sure I knew it WASN'T a joke!  We don't have plans as of yet for the future, but looking at eloping followed by a party in both the States and here...I don't care as the wedding means next to nothing to me...it's the rest of our lives that has true meaning!
