I was really excited about posting here.... Last night I took 2 packets of pizza crust mix (my Mom brought me some when she came over for the wedding) and Roy got some really yummy, organic pasta sauce, we sauteed Chicken, sliced up some  real mozzerella cheese (the kind that is still in the brine), throw in some sliced tomatos and A LOT of cheddar cheese, we put that all on my pampered chef baking stone and voila!!!  The best pizza I have ever eaten in my life.

A mince pie.  :-[ I'm really trying to eat more healthy but it was calling to me. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately since I won't go back for another) it made me feel a little sick.  :P
