It's a bready kind of fruit (usually rasins/sultanas & orange peel) bun lightly spiced with cinnamon.  I couldn't be bothered making an ythis year but bought some really yummy ones from Marks & Spencers.

Two cups of coffee and 2 slices of toasted M&S Oatmeal bread (my new fav. bread!) with raspberry jam.

Dominos do low-fat cheese down here in the south... yeah, I know, it's Dominos. But sometimes when you REALLY need pizza....  ;)
