peanut butter and jam sandwich-went to weigh in tonight and lost 2 pounds so I thought I would treat myself.

The old classic 'chicken, cabbage, almond, ramen noodle' salad.  Added some orange bell pepper and some curry powder to the dressing.  It was yummy for supper, but the leftovers will be even better for lunch tomorrow!
