Technically today is cheat day cause yesterday was my Dietitian apt so I didn't cheat so I had a bowl Cheerios Crunchers with mini clusters cereal & a large orange.   ;)  ;D

whole wheat pita with chicken salad with real pickles in it! Small bag of Sun chips well they call them Sun bites here but same as Sun Chips!
