I had the Walkers Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding an I had a dodgy tummy afterwards they tasted alright. that has to be what made me have my horrible stomach cramps yesterday all I had for lunch was a sandwich & them for lunch an had really bad stomach cramps later on.

I just had two small apples.

Two truffles from the box of Guylian chocolates that managed to jump from the bargain bin at the Co-Op last night and land itself in my basket.  I'm rewarding myself at the minute, but will have to slow down all this self-bribery next week.
