Had a carnitas burrito at the Mission in Oxford yesterday. DH had a chicken one. I wanted to savour it, but, it was all so yummy that I wolfed it down greedily. Thankfully, we will be making another trip next year! :D

Were out of oranges again  ::)  :P  so I had a couple pieces of dry toast & a bowl of Weetabix Weetaflakes cereal.

I enjoy apples but I have one after the gym. I like to have a large orange for breakfast cause I read somewhere that oranges help kickstart your metabolism in the morning an the issues I have I need all the help I can get lol.  ;)  :)

Pork & apple burger & 5 southern style chicken fingers.

We had company over tonight an they all had apple bramely crumble with custard an I didn't have any I was well pleased with myself!!  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

I think breakfast in general (a healthy one like yours) plus all the working out you do is what's kick-starting your metabolism!
