Meridian also do a no sugar, no added oil one. And you can get tubs of it :)

Where do you buy that, as it's not something that I have seen in the shops?  (also does it keep pretty well?  Because it takes me a long time to get through a jar of peanut butter, since DH doesn't like it.)

I've only seen it in the health food stores in town.  We've got one that actually does bulk! unfortuntately it's not anything I buy, but still it makes me happy and think back to my lovely co-op in the states.

Not sure how long it lasts, I'll admit I've not gotten it yet as we aren't out of our stock, but once we are through the jars we have I'm going to try it.  I'll let you know.  I imagine that if you kept it in the fridge it would last a while.

Okay, that tells me what I needed to know.  I'll check around at our Holland & Barrett, and also we have a nice health food store called Out of This World, which does sell in bulk too.  I have a jar of Whole Earth on the go right now, but maybe when I run out again.  Thanks!  :)

Sounds good to me  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]  who care what anyone thinks your entitled to a cheat day.  ;)  :)  I always get a foot long but I can only eat half of it I have tried to finish it but cant so I just save the other half for my dinner cause we usually have it to start out with for lunch. I love Subway its the only place where I can get pickles & ranch dressing!!  [smiley=smitten.gif]  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]  When we eat at Subway I dont like to think of how many calories I'm consuming I will worry about that later lol!!  ;)  :)

I eat salads or soups or plain ham on granary pretty much everyday, today I was like...no way, I need something gigantic and even though I normally am not the hugest fan of subway, I fell on it like a pack of ravenous wolves and it was delicious!!! Double pickles and Southwest mmmmmm.

I know that feeling all to well I eat alot of soups, chicken, turkey, or ham on my sandwich on granary bread with no extra goodies on my sandwich either, I'm not a fan of salads though. I always get triple the amount of pickles & ranch dressing on my sub from Subway.  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]  we don't eat there very often but when we do I make the most of it.  ;)  ;D  I myself am a fan of the 1 cheat day a week it gives me something to look forward to every week.  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

A wrap I made filled with spinach, zucchini, carrots, bleu cheese, and hard boiled eggs with a touch of garlic herb dressing.  Soooooo good.

My goodness, pengi!  You weren't kidding about a tub of it!  I went into Holland & Barrett today & they had a big tub of it for £5.  I just wanted to know if they had it, but I was a bit daunted by the size of the tub.  Will probably wait until I need some though.  :P
