Some of you are going to think this is gross:  I ate an apple I found on the ground while walking home from my massage appointment!  I didn't eat it 'til I got home and I even peeled it.  It was sooooo delicious.  It was from a tree in someone's front yard.  There were apples all over the ground, I wanted to jump over the fence and  collect them since they were obviously just going to waste (I hate that!).  But then I saw one on the pavement and rescued it.  It was some kind of golden delicious variety, soft but not mushy and very sweet.

Apple scrounger!  ;)
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

Yes we do!!  ;)  :)  My dietitan & trainer both said that's one of the best things for me to eat after the gym if I cant go home right after the gym. If I have my apple after my routine I'm usually ok till we have dinner but not tonight good thing it didn't take that long to make dinner.  ;)  :)
