One spicy peanut noodle--just to make sure the recipe came out alright as it's the first time I've ever made it!  Excited for dinner now!

Porridge with brown sugar and cinnamon... Mrs R was right, it really is better when made with milk! I think I finally figured out how to make it right - this is yummy!  ;D Now to cut back the sugar and stop using whole milk...  :P

It's a million times better with milk!  My trick is to make it with water, but make it pretty thick, then add a bit of milk at the end to thin it out a bit.  That way you're not getting all the fat of making it completely with milk.

Last thing I ate was some of my breakfast fruit salad last night before we left for our open mic night.

What's in your fruit salad? Sounds healthier than loads of milk and brown sugar.  :P

I cut it all up into little pieces:  apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears, grapes, sometimes kiwi, clementines.  Any combo of that.  In summer there will be more to choose from.  I could get more variety now, but prefer not to get too many things from far away (food miles).  I compromise a bit with the oranges.  You will definitely get hungry within three hours (I do) though.

Leftover PW Cajun Chicken Pasta.  I never really like leftovers but this was too good to not eat twice!
