Scrambled eggs. I honestly never get sick of scrambled eggs, and eggs are really the only thing that keeps me full all morning.

German pancake with lemon and maple syrup.

My (US) husband is always in charge of breakfast at the weekends, and they're always great.  So much so, in fact, that we have started having American breakfast parties for friends and colleagues!

A Muller Light! It was the Vanilla Sprinkled with Dark Chocolate and Black Cherry Flavor. I stuck in in the freezer for about 3 hours and it's now frozen yogurt! It is delicious and only 98 calories plus it's "free" on my diet plan.  ;D No more ice cream cravings for me  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Sounds good!  The last thing I ate was some plain yogurt with a bit of homemade
raspberry jam mixed in.  It definitely curbs the ice cream cravings!

I've been naughty today, but I blame it on hubby and a friend. We set off for a walk and ended up at McDonald's on the way because the guys were starving. I had a Quarter Pounder with bacon meal and a sundae (won on the Monopoly game). Back to the diet now.  ;D
