A large orange & a bowl of Shredded Wheat bite size cereal with a teaspoon of cinnamon sprinkled on top of my cereal.

I tried sprinkling cinnamon over my Weetabix yesterday because I've seen it mentioned here. Very tasty! I love cinnamon so I will be doing it again and again. :) Thanks for the idea.

For me it was a turkey, lettuce, tomato and cucumber sandwich on very yummy seeded healthy bread.

My Best Friend is a Diabetic & I have PCOS so whenever she hears something new about her Diabetes she passes the info on to me if its relevant. ;)  :) Glad I could be of some assistance!!  ;)  :)
