I baked choc chip muffins tonight, and had a piece of one, still *very* warm from the oven with a dab of vanilla ice cream.  Super combination--yummy!

Are you trying to torture me Andee its not cheat day an now you are making me want a warm choc chip muffin & a scoop of vanilla ice cream. ::)  :P

HA HA no worries ;)  :) I'm not a baker & Dh isnt a muffin person so I cant even buy any from the store. mainly cause I cant eat 4 muffins on cheat day I would feel so sick afterwards [smiley=sick.gif] they would be stale by the time next cheat day rolled around. :( I cant even share them cause everyone I know is watching what there eating lol. oh well I have Ben & Jerrys coconut ice cream for cheat day it was on sale at ASDA we got it last night cant wait to try it!! ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

A large orange & a bowl of Shredded Wheat bite size cereal with a teaspoon of cinnamon sprinkled on top of my cereal.

Weight Watchers toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter and some Fruit and Fibre.

Muffins can be frozen and then heated up in the oven as needed!  (Just sayin'  ;) )

Steak, jacket potato, great broc & green beans. English beef just don't cut it for a midwest girl.  :( Time to get creative!

I hadn't thought about that will have to keep that in mind for next Wed cheat day cause I already have plans for this Wed too much sugar these days makes me sick to my tummy [smiley=sick.gif] & all loopy lol. [smiley=mad.gif]

I have to agree with you both about finding a good steak I wander if its a Midwest thing I'm from Indiana. ;)  :)

A chicken sandwich on Hovis Hearty Oats, Philly Light cream cheese snack pack with mini Ritz crackers in it & some Walker Baked chips.
