homemade ice lolly - chopped up organic strawberries and lowfat strawberry fromage frais frozen in molds.  Soooooooo yummy!

A ham, hummus and cucumber sandwich. It was very nummy. Also water and an apple to go with.  ;D

The reasons I'm always having a large Gala apple is that is what I have whenever I'm done after the gym it helps tide me over till dinner. If I didn't eat my apple after the gym I would eat way too much dinner then I would feel guilty that I ate way too much its a way of me avoiding that stupid vicious circle. ;)  :)
