Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Oatmeal....I'd prefer the conveyor belt sushi though!! YUMM!!!! ;D

2 Large peeled carrots exciting I know lol I wanted the Snickers in the fridge but went for the carrots instead I didnt want the look from Dh if I ate the Snickers. ::)  :P  I should say I asked to Dh to give me the look if I ate something I shouldn't be eating if it wasn't cheat day. ;)  :)

Scrambled egg southwestern style with green and red peppers, mushrooms, shredded cheese and a little bit of Cayanne pepper for kick! It was super yummy! (Trying to get back on my diet routine! I've really slacked off last week because I wasn't feeling 100% and dove into those pasta's and bread carbs!  :P)

I had a ham & cucumber sandwich on Hovis 50/50 bread, a couple peeled carrots, & a mini snack pack of Philly light cream cheese with mini Ritz crackers.

A ham and turkey with veg sandwich from the local sandwich shop. They are a far cry from Subway but overall not a bad sandwich.
