I just made the lentil soup, was supposed to do during the last week. Cooked some lentils w/ polish sausage and potatoes, then added some onion and celery. OMG it was so good, didn't even have to add but pepper and a little salt, the sausage added all the flavor. In the last half hour of cooking the potatoes broke down and thickened it perfectly. DH just had two bowls w/ some fresh bread. This would be a great winter meal.
