Banana sorbet it was very tasty & it helped my sore throat as well. you cant beat a dessert that helps your sore throat!!  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

about to have a sandwich and some crisps with melted cheese.  (i'm a bit hungover from a concert last night and anything totally unhealthy is what my body always craves in times like these)

I had an unbelievably delicious ham and cheese sandwich on toast. It makes such a difference when you splash out for nice ham from the deli counter over the crap in the package.  :)
