A slice of coconut muffin.  I say a slice because I don't have a muffin tin so all the batter went into a loaf pan and it was one giant loaf-shaped muffin.

Since I haven't received my coconut muffin from Andee yet that she said she sent me I had Vanilla Ice cream instead on my cheat day lol !!  ::)  :P

Zoyabean--Leeds is in the north about an hour's drive from Manchester.  I live very close to the train station, so no excuses not to visit!

Still out and About in Austin, went to this little collection of Airstream trailers and spilt an order from Man Bites Dog http://www.manbitesdogaustin.com/ and from Torchy's tacos http://www.torchystacos.com/menu.htm with my DB.

Had a Cuban from MBD and 2 tacos from Torchys (one pork, one steak) all were delicious!!! Then we went to the Airstream trailer cupcake van and got a cupcake each. http://www.heycupcake.com/splash.html

So many carbs, so much deliciousness!!! Lovely day of trailer food :)
