ILR & Turning 18
« on: April 05, 2006, 06:42:58 PM »
My son came here as a ten year old, with me on a fiancée visa.  We both were subsequently issued ILR.  The answer to this question is probably 'nothing changes', but I couldn't help double checking.  Since he was issued the visa as a dependant and is now reaching adulthood, nothing will change with regards to his ILR status, right?

Nothing changes.

He can probably apply for citizenship now though.
