USA immigration..... Need Info, ASAP, Please!

Hey all,
My husband (natural born UK citizen), daughter (age 2.5 also UK born citizen) and I want to move to USA. I have NO idea what forms I need to fill out, which laws and regulations need to be met, ect... so i need information on where to go. We have been living in UK for 3.5 years. I have ILR here, but we havent filled out anything (other than my usa tax forms each january) for USA. I need to know where I can go to get the information I need to get them visas, or whatever they need to be able to move with me to the USA. This would also include a working visa for my husband.

Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. I wasnt sure where it should have been posted. The immigration section seemed to be all about coming into UK, not USA.

I can't give you a direct answer, but I suggest you get in touch with the U.S. Embassy in London. They'll tell you all that's required, and unfortunately, a surety of sponsorship will be one. Contact the embassy.

My husband came over on a Fiance Visa - but we used the USCIS site for all of our info (technically we used the INS site, but they don't exist anymore  )

My husband and I just went through the whole INS...oh, wait I mean "Homeland Security" thing last year. He was already in the States on a H1B visa (professional work visa) for the past 5 years and we got married here. But it is very similar to what you will be going through.

FYI- Its ALOT harder to get him into the States than it was for you to get into the UK. Make sure you check and double check (even triple check) your paperwork. They will send it back for the smallest thing wrong. That was my big panic. MAKE COPIES OF EVERYTHING.  But luckily the interview is much easier. You've been married for so long they just want to see you both together and make sure that its true.
