visa information needed.

Hi all i am new to the boards  
I am hoping that someone will be able to help me with some information i am looking for. A friend of mine has met this guy who was over here playing rugby in england but he had to go back to his own country as his visa had run out but the problem is he returned back to his country late so when trying to return back to the uk he was refused back in they sent him back from heathrow. Because he was sent back does this mean he will not be able to come back to the uk or is there a way around this.

Hi Emma - in a situatuation like this he should really contact his nearest British Embassy and ask them. As he has been refused entry once he will probbaly need some kind of entry clearance from them before he can come back here. Check the FCO website (www.fco.gov.uk) for details of British Embassies in the States (and elsewhere).
