I know how frustrating cooking in the UK is when you've been used to the ways of the weights and measurements of the US. I found this site on line and it'll convert most of them over, so if you're having trouble with an UK recipe with your US utensils:

http://www.onlineconversion.com/

Also has distance, speed, volume, computer, date, power, energy, desity, force, pressure, frequency and more other conversions that you'd like to know ;)

I don't want to take away from your fabulous site, but one I use all the time for baking is: http://www.godecookery.com/goderec/equiv.htm .  At least, *I* find it handy... course... it doesn't have all the cool stuff yours does.   :-/

I've been informed by Elle that the site has got it's own conversion table aready.  So if you want to check that out, it's on the uk yankee home page, then go into favourites and you'll find a whole lot of goodies in there. :)
