salt or sweet tooth??!

So, when I crave something its usually sweets.  Today I tried my first Jaffa Cake!  Yes, I know, I should have tried them sooner but today was the day.  Im not all that big on junk food and candy.  I also tried Ben/Jerrys Phish Food Ice Cream today, I um....must..not...buy..often!  WOW, its so damn yummy!  Hubs craves mostly salt, particularly crisps...and all those weird flavors like Marmite ...

What do you crave?  Salt or sweet???

Sweet for me! I crave things like cupcakes, coconut cake and donuts. I try to stay away from all of it, but I will give in to Jaffa cakes occasionally. I buy the small bags of the snack size. Really great with coffee.

Peter is savory all the way. Crisps are his vice, the spicier the better.

My problem is that I like both! If I'm craving something savoury, as soon as I eat it I want something sweet, and vice versa. I could keep alternating for hours! Just not chocolate usually.

I have to start with salty and end with sweet. Good garlic bread then a piece of dark chocolate. Mmmmmmm

Marmite is the poo of the devil. Yuck. I refuse to kiss my husband after he has his morning toast and marmite.  So he holds me down and breathes on me..... Eeeuuwwww...   

don't really have a big preference for one over the other.  don't much care for crisps.  but cashew nuts and peanuts.  mmmmmmm. 

i like sweets, but only if they're home baked OR good quality chocolate - Thorntons or Green & Black. 

Not really a donut fan - but French pastrie is another story!

If anything, I have a salty tooth.  I'm not much of a sweet-eater.

This is also my situation.  I go through periods of one, and then the other.  My mum could never keep up when I was a kid.  She'd have just stocked up on one, and then I'd switch to craving the other.

Mmm.... movie popcorn with a bag of M&Ms mixed in it.  Yum.

Oh you beat me to it!  I love pretzels and chocolate.  Or red twizzlers and pretzels alternating.  Other  than that,  I used to be a sweet tooth (candy, not chocolate or baking) but I stopped.  Occasionally, I'll have a craving for Maynards wine gums.
