What do you do with the lime leaves? J brought home a bag of dried ones when I needed fresh for a curry paste, and I have NO idea what to use them for.

Steve uses lime leaves (the dried ones) for Thai curries.  We have some in the cupboard now!

thats what i use them for as well... i keep them in the freezer.

I also love fresh curry leaves - but they don't keep well.  Ever since we had Sri Lankan curry at Steve's friend's house down in Ewell (thereabouts), I crave her sort of creamy curry with the curry leaves in it!  We're lucky to have some good Asian food supply shops around here.

I use them to make a tofu/veggie version of Tom Kha Gai, very tasty!

For me it was black onion seeds and whole nutmegs. I know I can easily get nutmegs anywhere, but not at that price!
