It looks like a good work thing, but the Dodo one looks more interesting for sometimes-bored-at-home types like me! :)

Nothing can replace the Dodo at home.  :)

What do you do with the lime leaves? J brought home a bag of dried ones when I needed fresh for a curry paste, and I have NO idea what to use them for.

Steve uses lime leaves (the dried ones) for Thai curries.  We have some in the cupboard now!

I also love fresh curry leaves - but they don't keep well.  Ever since we had Sri Lankan curry at Steve's friend's house down in Ewell (thereabouts), I crave her sort of creamy curry with the curry leaves in it!  We're lucky to have some good Asian food supply shops around here. :)

I use them to make a tofu/veggie version of Tom Kha Gai, very tasty!

a bunch of spices from http://www.thespiceoflife.co.uk/Herbs-Spices.asp?id=39

good prices, but limited availability, as they are closing down the spice section to concentrate on making curry mixes.

Aaaaw, all the things I wanted were out of stock.  :(

Thanks for posting it, though!

For me it was black onion seeds and whole nutmegs. I know I can easily get nutmegs anywhere, but not at that price!
