Yes! And in addition, just found out that the actual driving school lessons cost $250-$315. 
On the positive side, with professional lessons, the payoff might be worth my sanity lol.

LOL, ours was an older teacher who would get in, turn on the AM talk shows and then zone out after directing me towards the mountains.  My first time was on the Saratoga mountain roads of Highway 9, scary!  Those simulators are nothing like the real thing.

Hehe. At my high school, the written part was taught by the Ag teacher and my driving instructor was my English teacher! (Who had us drive him around to run his errands...dropping off dry cleaning, picking up some groceries, etc.)

No, tote bags are tote bags.  Tote bags are different, however, from handbags/purses.  I don't think I've ever said just "bag", actually (except if I'm referring to a trash bag or something of the like.)
