Being a fan of country music, I bought some clothes from sheplers.com.  Only when they got delivered did I realize there's a 50% import duty on clothes from the US, and what I though would cost me £100 actually cost me £150!

Which one did you get?   Most of them are add water, add meat, then cook!  NO ONE could mess that up!   Did you get one that has different instructions?

LOL!  I got four of them:
Tikka Massala
Green Thai Masala
Special Korma and
Mattar Paneer Masala

OK, it does not look that hard now that I look at them!  I better put them in the freezer though, didn't realize that.   Hmm, where do I get the Paneer from?

If you can't make the paneer, you can usually get it at an Indian grocery in the refrigerated section.  QG maybe you could post your recipe too?
