Cats are odd...

  Cats are so weird

I'm sitting on the couch talking on the phone right infront of Satan (my cat) and I turn around and he's sitting like this...





Yes I had to get an above view because it just cracks me up


When I first turned around his face was barried between his front arms but when I got up to get the camera he moved his face but his legs stayed in the same position...like he swears he's proper or something lol.

His face is so cute...and I love his eyes in this picture (sorry for the sore...he cut himself scratching but it's healing)



He has alot more weird positions that i've found him in but lol i thought i'd share this one...anyone have any weird pet positions...

  so does satan...so funny. today he was laying on his back completely stretched out and scratching his carpet post upside down

My cat Clairese loves to cross her paws in front of her, but curled close to her body and bury here face in between them and sleep.  It's the cutest thing!  And she often dramatically lays on her back so that she can get her belly rubbed.  She amuses me on a daily basis!  It frustrates my fiance to no end everytime I say, "come and look at what the baby is doing!"  LOL!  Wait until we have a REAL baby

LOL! My bf and I are equally obsessed with cats. When we're on the phone together, most of the conversation is like this:

Me: Oh, you should see what Willie's doing now!
Guy: Pickwick is so adorable!
Me: But Willie is lying on his back!
Guy: Pickwick's washing his face!

We go on and on ... it's a bit pathetic really! But neither of us is interested in having human children, so cats are our babies!

LOL! Cute cat, reeeeka! Ours sit on their hind legs on the bed in the spare room with their front legs folded up under them on the window sill - like a human with their arms crossed and resting on a desk or something. They look like little people gazing out the window! I keep trying to get a picture of it but they always move by the time I get the camera out!

I love cats and their odd little quirks.  One of ours, Misha, does what we call his "good kitty" pose:  he sits very upright with his two front paws perfectly aligned in front of him, then curls his tail around his front paws.  He only does it when he's begging for food.  I guess he thinks proper manners are the key to table scraps.

I woke up to find one of mine twisted on his back...his front parts were laying flat on the chair seat while his hindparts were turned up in the air and spread  ...no modesty whatsoever for this beastie.    I guess he was just hot and, um, airing out.  The other one was pancaked on the hardwoods, all spread out.

lol yeah they are sooooooooo bizzare sometimes. I'm amazed at how weird he is...adam's swears he's off season or inbred haha but he's not...he's just bizzare.

Our cat loves to roll in the sunshine.  If the sun is beaming through the window, she'll be all stretched out and usually on her back.  

Another funny thing she does is lick water off her paw.  Dip and lick.  And shake.  She loves water and if she's in the bathroom when one of us is having a bath, she'll actually get in the tub with us.  And that cured my boys of leaving the toilet seat up.  She'll splash in the toilet too, if the seat is left up.  None of us wanted a wet seat!

omg! that's too cute!...satan gets as far as the toilet if were in the bath and meows for you to stretch your arm out so he can lick the water off you lol then he runs off. too cuttttttttte

I'm not sure if that's what Anne meant, but Willie does that! I call it "the groundhog"!
