I've lived in Wisconsin for seven years (with a Marshall Fields in my town!) and have never tried Frango mints.  Or Fannie Mae, for that matter. :-[

The sad part is Frangos are no longer made in Chicago and I'm not sure about Fannie May any more! But they're still good.
