Official Exchange for 2003 tax year

Okay - the Embassy IRS section only shows the exchange rates up to 2002.  I'm ready to file my tax forms now.  What is the official IRS exchange rate from UK pounds to US dollars for the tax year 2003, if anyone knows?

Argh!  I really want to get this done - 21st of January and they still haven't posted it!

For ONCE I'm on top of things and now the IRS isn't cooperating!   :P
