No way!  I think the only site that I actually have my real name first and last is for my bank accounts and that's about it.    :)
But I don't think of peacekermit as a *fake* name by any means. It's just a name that I gave myself, that reflects me.   :D

I think part of the issue is that when Facebook was first launched, you had to have a college or uni email address to join - and using your real name was a requirement.  Now that anyone can sign up regardless of affiliation, they're a lot more lax about making sure people aren't using "fake" names.
