I joined Myspace a year ago almost now and have meet such wicked ppl thru it! Mostly I use it for networking with Bands and promoting my hubbies band and my friends bands feel free to have a look and friend request me!

Ps. does anyone use the chat room on here? I have gone there on tuesday nights and no one is there as well as just logging on in hopes someone is around but no luck?? Spending afternoons(US) alone at the house waiting on my entry clerence visa email to come thru would be nice to chat some times.

I ended up deleting my account with myspace.  I got really tired of bands I'd never heard of (or cared about) repeatedly trying to be my friend simply because I was in the same city as one of their gigs.  Plus, there's just too much going on and there is no way I could keep up with it.  I'm in a simplicity phase these days.

You can choose settings so that no one can add you without knowing your last name or email address.
