I was just in Dunkeld over the weekend and in a deli there I found Jif PB, fluff, smuckers grape jam, hershey's syrup and tons of other stuff.

For anybody near Wetherby (Leeds area): The Epicurean Deli has started doing their version of Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, and they're pretty darned good. They also have very good dill pickles(a tad sweet but closest to dills that I've had so far)

Ooh! If you come on a Thursday, stop by the pet accessories stall at Wetherby market and say hello! Or let me know when you're going and maybe we can meet up!

Found jelly beans all over - a little shop in the middle of Ambleside in the Lake District for example.

If any of you are in the New Forest on holiday a very cute shop in Lymington opened called Candylicious. It sells lots of American candy, cereals, soda. I was very happy last week with a jar of Goobers. you know the peanut butter and grape jelly mixture? The shop owner told me he's fallen in love with Baby Ruths.

I miss grits, fritos, and hotdogs!! (it sounds so horrible but it's all comfort food.

I've combed through this whole thread and will now check out all the links that have recommended in the past.

Black beans found at my Sainsburys!!! Too excited.. Now I don't have to trek to Tescos which I hate. Found them in the bean section and the brand was Nature Organic.  They also were selling dried black beans too. I promptly bought several cans :)

I searched everywhere for Pillsbury biscuits, the kind that pop out of the tube, but no luck.

Best I've found is Pillsbury crescent rolls in the can - but Sainsbury's stopped stocking them shortly after I managed to track them down!  :(

There are no Pillsbury biscuits here.   We don't do biscuits as in, the American style of biscuits.

However, at Aldi you can get croissants and dinner rolls in the refrigerated Pillsbury-style can.  :)
