the red box isn't *bad* just not the same.  No idea if it tastes better than tinned, I'm too chicken to try the tinned stuff - tinned food scares me!

Has anyone seen Lipton's Onion Soup mix?

I have never seen it, but Knorr's French Onion Soup mix would be an excellent substitute.

Hey!!! Amazon UK now ships food as well and since it's Amazon it has a good selection of american foods. :)

I just saw this as well. Brilliant! But super expensive. A box of Oreos was £9.

Lidl has something called Ice Cream Biscuit Slices that look like US ice cream sandwiches (the things I'd seen here called sandwiches have more of a wafer).

I've hit this up already. Got some Apple Jacks...six quid a box, but it was worth it. Also snagged some Cherry Coke, Barqs, and pickles. This seller's really good. Got my stuff prontp in two days:
