File sharing?

I have a large (20MB) audio file that I would like to get to my husband in the UK.  It is too large for emai.  Does anyone have any recommendations for file sharing websites?  I'm thinking of something analogous to Snapfish or Imagestation for photos.

www.yousendit.com - you can upload files up to 1gb and they stay there for a week (I think) before being deleted, if you haven't already deleted it yourself before hand!

Alternatively, does your ISP provide you with some webspace as part of the package?   Just upload it to that space and e-mail the URL.
