What's the last thing you drank?

A can of cherry 7UP.

The last bit of milk from my cereal bowl.

2 liters of water while at the gym.

Nice cup of tea.   

Coffee. Apple and elderflower juice. Off the alcohol for the foreseeable future again. Not that I want to be drinking this early. 

   

2 Large glasses of cold fitred water.

Coffee...though I could really go for an Elderflower & Lime Kopparberg Cider.  It's been a rough week.

Coffee but I really want something other then water when this is done...How I crave a BIG 44oz of Sonic unsweetened iced tea

Pepsi Max with loads of ice...though I'd prefer a Diet Coke but I'm too lazy to go buy some so I drink DH's Max instead.

Trust me I would rather be having something other than water but my trainer said I needed to up my water intake an I don't drink tea, coffee, I used to drink hot chocolate I even stopped drinking that. I even stopped drinking pop for the most part I have 1 occasionally even though it's Diet Coke it makes me feel bloated sometimes. Well at least the water I have been drinking is cold & filtered.

I have had 2 liters of cold filtered water so far today.
