Well I found out that diet drinks/sugar free drinks make you crave more & diet sodas also bloat me most of the time as well so I don't drink Diet Coke all that often these days like I used to. I have to watch my sugar intake so I cant drink regular sodas so water is my only option. ;)  :)

I can't drink much Diet Soda (or anything with aspartame) and I don't like regular soda at all so my new favorite special drink is sparkling water with a splash of Rose's lime.  It tastes really treat-like and refreshing and is only about 25 calories!
