« on: January 16, 2004, 10:42:41 AM »
hello all, I am Ben, have lived in london for the past 4 years and now recently moved to cornwall. From florida originally, but love it here. 28yrs old, living with partner she's from London, have a dog, and go to the beach daily, i have connections to get any American items you may need or want. And I barbecue rain, sleet, snow, or shine. Drop a line, if your nearby.

Hi, Ben and welcome! What area of Cornwall are you in?  We are in South Devon (hubby is Brit, I'm the yank). Cornish beaches are great, we have a dog as well, and she loves them!

Hello Ben, Welcome to UKY...  sure wish you were farther north, would enjoy you to teach my English hubby how to BBQ...LOL!  He justs holds the utensils for pictures...and hands them back to me for cooking.

Hi Ben...and welcome!  I'm another one that needs someone to teach my husband the fine art of BBQ.  :)

We are still in the US but when we get back will be in your neck of the woods in Devon.  We frequently get over to Cornwall for little side trips.  What part of Cornwall are you in?

Looking forward to seeing more posts!

Hi Ben welcome to UKY.  Its great to meet you and I have been to Cornwall.  Boscastle to be more precise.  I absolutely loved it.  Had my first creamed tea there.  Ooooohhhh its yummy.  BBQ now that would be a site here in the frigid Northeast of the US.  Let see we are at -9 I think so far which with the windchill makes it something like -30.  Gotta love winter - NOT.

I look forward to hearing more about you and your lady as well.

My finace wanted to bring me there.  But we didn't quite make it.  It was a short visit to Cornwall but I have plans of going again - hopefully this summer or fall.  I'm moving to Wales in April.  So I'll be really close and would love to see it all.
