No kidding.  But hey, why not.
Though he failed to mention the character speaks Spanish with a 'Gibraltese' accent.
No problem  :-\\\\
(though I have been told it's closer to South American Spanish than the 'th's from Spain.)

Going on cooking strike. DH complained (not really complaining but yet another "observation") about my cooking again - undercooked biscuits that were not in my opinion. So I handed the chef's hat over to him and I got a nice stunned look in return.

Awesome. :D

But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

My husband has a terrible habit of doing that! He always finds faults in everything and feels like he has to voice them.  However, he doesn't even know how to fry an egg.  I say eat the damn thing or cook it yourself!  Then of course, he shuts up.  Picky, picky, picky!

Being able to re-rent my house before returning to England next week. There were people lined up last month to move in next weekend and they ended up backing out at the last minute. My friend who's managing the property is pregnant and on bedrest, so I had to drive back and forth to Baltimore to take care of it. Thank god I was home and able to handle it. I'm so relieved to have it sorted.

Sitting back with a drink while your husband makes dinner
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Recovering from two weeks of being tourists and getting spoiled rotten by my parents. It was a lovely visit, I don't want to see another tourist brochure or gift shop again for months, and I'm enjoying having some peace and quiet and getting to do what I want to all day!  ;D

The cat is happy, too--he's been curled up in my lap whenever he's had a chance. I was afraid he'd be bummed that they were leaving, but it seems he's glad to have things back to normal.

It was a weird and wonderful feeling, running around being tourists on vacation, but then realizing that my parents had to leave and we got to stay here. It's starting to feel like home.  :)
